On 1 November 2025 my spiritual business was 7 years old. 7 years ago when I opened my healing space officially it has evolved in ways I would’ve never imagined.
If I had known the paths it would take me down I would’ve probably not walk it… but that’s the beauty of not knowing, yet knowing intuitively that something is calling you.
That something is a calling.
Starting a healing business is a spiritual initiation that continues as you grow – calling you into greater ownership of your voice, your unique & rich gifts, your power, your visibility, your boundaries, & what you are here to create & receive.

The number 7 is also a powerful number in numerology where you’ve come to learn deep spiritual lessons, and that brings me to what I want to share with you here…
The lessons I’ve learned along the way
- To dive deep, because shadow work is the real light work.
- It’s okay to start again, yet you’re never starting from scratch again – you’re starting from the lessons and wisdom you’ve gained by that point.
- Not everyone will understand your calling – but that’s okay too, because it’s not theirs. Keep going though, even if it’s a lonely path at times.
- Always listen to your intuition – your spirit and soul already knows. Our intuition is our greatest gift, and we all have it.
- Care deeply – about the things that excite you, about people, about helping and supporting. About creating again and again.
- Be YOU – authentic and real, that means to be very honest at times, with yourself and others. Let people be wrong about you.
- Learn to set healthy boundaries – not fences, just lines in the sand saying: ‘I honour myself’.
- Create your vision, share your work, express your magick – the world needs it. It really does. You might have a crowd and millions of people to be touched by your work, or just a few, it matters no matter the number.
- When something doesn’t work out, it doesn’t mean it’s not going to work out. You now have data that you didn’t have before, to create from again.
- Building a solid foundation is key – within yourself, and within your business (I am continuously working on this one).
- Go and BE the change – do things differently if what you desire is different than the norm.
- Question everything, and while doing that, listen to your intuitive sense. Truth is malleable, what’s real for me might not be real for you, that’s why having a strong intuition is so important in this world.
- De-condition from the conditioning of the world.
- Silence and stillness are medicine.
- Surrendering is also medicine.
- Make time for rest, make time for your hobbies, make time for presence – even just a cup of tea and your book in the middle a busy day.
- Life ebbs and flows – nothing stays the same.
- The real magick is in the every day moments – become aware of them.
As I write this I am in another transition of this creation of mine. But in this moment I am remembering how far I’ve come and honouring myself in what I have created so far.
Always remember your ‘why’. There’s a calling within your soul for this work. And you’ll have a personal ‘why’ for doing this work. Remember this when you feel like giving up – I have felt that many times over the years – yet when I remember why I do this, I won’t ever give up on this sacred work.
