Re-pattern with Nature
Nature contains wisdom.
Unlike us humans, and we ARE nature too, nature has not forgotten her wisdom, and so by immersing ourselves in Nature, we re-pattern back to balance and rhythm, and our innate wisdom.
She also brings deep healing.
Testimonials for the Inner Alchemy Retreat
“I had the privilege to work 1:1 with Ilze on their magical family land, in the majestic Cederberg mountains and its magical waters! A sacred space!
They have a gem of a cottage next to a flowing water stream.
She did a profound heart healing session with her magic and crystals in this beautiful cottage!
Being surrounded by nature and her healing , wisdom and magic was the medicine that my weary soul needed.”
“Our journey together has been truly transformational on so many levels, with myself, my life, my relationships and even my body, and people keep on commenting that I look so great, I look so different, and it’s truly my inside that’s reflecting outside.
Thank you for being real and vulnerable, what you share with others, even on social media, always brings perspective and healing.”
(Liz came for in-person healing sessions here in the Cederberg and we also journeyed together with breathing and meditation techniques and practices for nervous system regulation and learning to meditate)
There is a reason why walking amongst nature is most people’s best advice when depression strikes.
Because walking in nature is a return to ‘home’.
You are not a lover of nature, or a fan of nature, you ARE nature.
You are as much nature as the trees in your garden and the bees on your picnic.
You were designed to live your days out in the wild with your fellow creatures and plants but progress, humanity, had different plans for us all.
And so we exist day-to-day, in our homes, but never ‘home’.
The quickest route back to self, to inner peace, is bare feet on grass, arms around trees, head in the clouds and heart in a forest.
Put your weary bones in water, whenever you can, smell each flower you see and crumble dirt between your tired-of-typing fingers.
You are nature, go home once in a while.
It will bring you much you didn’t even know you were missing.
