This is my story.
My journey began years ago, lifetimes ago, but my deep shadow work alchemy journey began when I walked away from a way of life that I thought was supporting me, but was actually hurting me, disempowering me, and I could never find my voice. I wanted to express and fly, but it just wasn’t possible in this highly conditioned system that I was in. Until I walked away. In the process I lost many things, and also people that I thought would always be part of my life. I lost deeply conditioned ways of thinking and doing that I thought was right, even justified, and I connected back with my higher self and intuitive gifts that were always there, but suppressed. It was a long dark night of the soul, in which I saw the magick of the alchemy of shadow work, stillness, meditation and ritual work, and my own unique power innately (already) within.
I have wisdom and medicine to share, I come from a lineage of healer women who have repressed their gifts for too long, so now I am breaking the cycle for them, for myself, and the lineage that will come from me.
I’m a mother to two beautiful beings, a boy and a girl, who initiated me into, and onto, my true path. I have a beautiful husband and lover who challenges and supports me daily in becoming my truest version.
My study focuses are on metaphysics, energy healing – the chakra system, esoterics, Rose shamanism, Gene Keys, Human Design, and elemental, ritual and ceremonial magick, and the power of archetypal healing and transformation.
Art and nature is my medicine, my roses bring me healing, tea soothes my soul, I’m always busy reading a book, adventure and exploration excites me, I love writing, painting, and I’m always busy creating something. Healing and opening my voice is my biggest growth journey and also my magick for this world, and my body is my compass.
I’m a meditation coach and energy healer. I use vibrational medicine to unlock stagnant patterns within. I love to inspire from my own life and experiences and work my magick through shadow alchemy. I use the Rose, the Gene Keys, Human Design, Nature and the Elements as my guides and allies throughout my work as an intuitive guide, and my gift is catalysing change in others and the world. I’ve been a healer and medicine woman for many lifetimes, and I am still her.

My Approach
My intuitive gifts guide me to work very specifically and uniquely with each person. The magick of the person in front of me, my own, and the modalities I work with combined, bring the inner alchemy.
As I weave my magick and medicine together with you it empowers you to remember your own magick, wisdom and gifts.
We are in a time of self-empowerment, and of being our own guru and guide. When we work together, you remember this, and your own self-empowerment comes alive.
I weave with the consciousness, archetypes and language of the vibrational medicines of the systems and modalities I use – the Rose, Gene Keys, energy body – but they are by no means putting you into a box or a one size fits all, because when YOUR beauty and power are activated by these, something very unique happens for each of us.
