Inner Alchemy
the journey within
I’m Ilze
I am fully human and fully divine.
And so are YOU! This means to be both perfectly divine and perfectly human — two complete and distinct natures at once.
You are it! You have everything you need already within.
Our human body is what is needed for enlightenment. It contains wisdom.
But we must be courageous enough to see all of ourselves. To go within, and on our own inner journey.
So we can come alive. So we can be free.
“Don’t ask what the world needs. Ask what makes you come alive. Because what the world needs is more people who have come alive.” – Steven Kotler
I’m a meditation coach and energy healer. I use vibrational medicine to unlock stagnant patterns within. I love to inspire from my own life and experiences and work my magick through shadow alchemy. I work with Rose consciousness, Gene Keys, Human Design, our energy body, Nature and the Elements as my guides and allies throughout my work as an intuitive guide, and my gift is catalysing change in others and the world. I’ve been a healer and medicine woman for many lifetimes.
I guide women through deep inner alchemy, helping them transform emotional patterns into power, awaken their intuition, and embody their truth — through presence, story, and sacred work.
My work helps women to transform shadow patterns, access their intuitive gifts, reconnect with their wisdom body, and step into self-empowerment so they can express their unique medicine.
Journey with me
I share honestly and authentically from my own life and experiences.
I haven’t done the work, I am DOING the work.
I am not further along than you, I AM you, we are in this together, we are walking each other home.
I don’t have it figured out. I am figuring it out every moment of every day.
I don’t know more than you. I know myself
and you know you, as deep as you’re willing to look at yourself.
I’ve come to this point in my life where I now share my wisdom with others, so you can also experience living from the freedom and strength we have within.
We are in a time of great change, and to truly LIVE, we are being asked to be courageous enough to change our inner realm, so we can birth a new world.

Testimonials
“Thank you Ilze for the hugely transformative gene key journey the last couple of months. The container you created extended beyond the one on one interaction into my daily life and I could see changes in all areas of my life. The gene key journey left no stone unturned and you skillfully, honestly and humbly navigated the troubled waters as you also held space for me to go through what I needed to shift in my being. This is not a coaching process where there are goals to be achieved. This process was beautifully (and challengingly) fluid and took me where I needed to go to transmute the shadows that I wasn’t even aware of. It was hard and it was rewarding as I could see how I broke through old patterns and ways of doing things, of hiding and of avoiding things. I confronted a lot through this journey and I couldn’t have done it on my own. Your support, wisdom and also your holding me in those times of challenge, was what was needed to break through. You speak wisdom behind the words you use and your space transforms if we want to or not. Thank you for being the guide on the journey to myself!”
“There are not enough words to describe how much I love Ilze and her work. She is kind, patient, clear, honest, and so awake in our world. I was blown away by how simple yet profound my journey through my Genius sequence of the Gene Keys was. She also lit me up and empowered me to go deeper into my self discovery via Gene Keys and other sources we discussed. Her services are very legitimate and so worth the investment, in my humble opinion. Thank you Ilze for your offering and for the inspiration I got from our sessions!“
“Ilze guided me back to what I knew all along existing but wasn’t sure how to express it – she awakened a remembering, a return to who I was/am before any conditioning by the world/church/school/community etc.
Not what the world taught me, not what the world expects from me, not who I felt I had to become, but the quiet knowing of what has always been me.
I don’t think my blueprint defines me, I think it reveals who I am, my own uniqueness.
Let Ilze and your blueprint guide you back to something you have always known, but never fully claimed.“
“Ilze, thank you so much!! You were so comprehensive and thorough in the reading and all of these resources you have provided really helped me understand how to apply my gene keys to my life right now!!”
“Ilze is a passionate and very knowledgeable practitioner. She has an excellent hold on the Gene Keys and has a knack for deep and practical application on using these in our shadow work and self gnosis.”
“Ilze’s meditations are an absolute gift. Her voice and her ability to almost immediately put you where you need to be are incredible. She supported me through a challenging time and are still a go to for me.”
“Our journey together has been truly transformational on so many levels, with myself, my life, my relationships and even my body, and people keep on commenting that I look so great, I look to different, and it’s truly my inside that’s reflecting outside.
The breathing techniques and meditations are helping me on a daily basis to balance and centre.“
“Working with Ilze is a work of he(art)! She opens your heart and weaves it back to life with love and kindness!
She is a devoted healer and her magic with crystals is divine! She KNOWS how to alchemize the shadows back to light and life!
A medicine women indeed!
I had the privilege to work 1:1 with Ilze on their magical family land, close to the majestic Cederberg mountains and its magical waters! A sacred space! They have a gem of a cottage next to a flowing water stream. She did a profound heart healing session with her magic and crystals in this beautiful cottage! Being surrounded by nature and her healing, wisdom and magic was the medicine that my weary soul needed. Don’t miss out on her 1:1 sessions in nature!
“I recently had a gene keys reading with Ilze, and would strongly consider to do a deep dive coaching package with her to explore this incredible modality in more details. I have been aware of gene keys and human design for some time, but I can honestly say that tapping into the depth of the session has been revolutionary for me. Ilze is such a wealth and breadth of knowledge and has an incredible gift for holding space and transmitting the teaching of the gene keys as specific to your unique design.
If you are looking for some guidance on your patterns and gifts I cannot recommend this enough. I came away with a very deep space of contemplation around some core wounds that are playing out in my reality and also a very specific level of ways I am blocking myself by staying stuck in my “shadow” expressions. With the invitation to realise the shadow comes a powerful invitation to integrate it and step beyond it into our gifts. I will definitely be booking in for future support with Ilze.
I have also booked Ilze as a guest teacher on one of my womens leadership programs, as I truly believe this is a very potent form of self illumination and empowerment.”
“I thoroughly enjoyed my Gene Keys Reading with Ilze and found it extremely helpful in helping me to understand who I am and why I am the way I am. She brings the Human Design into the reading and explains it in such a simple and easy to understand way. Both Human Design and the Gene Keys contain vast amounts of information about the individual and can be quite overwhelming if you are new to them. Ilze targets the most important aspects of your chart and walks you through it in an easy-to-understand manner.
I most certainly recommend you contact Ilze for a reading if you wish to explore and understand yourself better, enabling you to live your best life.“
“Ilze has masterfully created the most gentle, healing and transformative meditations. I have neatly tucked these into my spiritual toolbox, to use throughout my journey in this life.
A true Alchemist is able to harness various properties from different origins, and create a ‘potion’ that heals, Ilze has perfected this with her healing meditations. From her soothing voice to intuitively led journeys with the gently space holding, magick is created. Thank you.”
Your body is made of the same elements that lionesses are built from.
Three-quarters of you is the same kind of water that beats rocks to rubble, wears stones away.
Your DNA translates into the same twenty amino acids that wolf genes code for.
When you look in the mirror and feel weak, remember, the air you breathe in fuels forest fires capable of destroying everything they touch. On the days you feel ugly, remember: diamonds are only carbon.
You are SO MUCH more.
