The archetype I live and teach: The Phoenix storyteller
At the heart of my work is an archetypal pattern I call the Phoenix storyteller.
This archetype moves through cycles of transformation, gathers wisdom through lived experience, and returns to guide others through their own awakening.
It is the path of:
- emotional alchemy
- deep self-inquiry
- reclaiming lost power
- remembering intuitive wisdom.
Rather than teaching from theory, my work is rooted in embodied experience.
It comes from the transformation that happens when we are willing to meet ourselves honestly — including the parts we once hid, suppressed, or misunderstood. I’ve lived through this transformation many times.
This is why many of the women who find me are already on a path of awakening.
They are seekers, witches, intuitive entrepreneurs, and soul-led women who sense that their deeper gifts are waiting to be reclaimed.
The energetic pattern behind my work
There is a deeper energetic pattern that shapes how I guide transformation.
It lives within three archetypal forces represented in my energetic blueprint:

Together, they form a powerful pathway of awakening.
Awakening life force energy (Gene Key 34)
Everything begins with life force. When we are disconnected from ourselves, our energy scatters.
We feel exhausted, stuck, or disconnected from our instincts.
Gene Key 34 represents the raw vitality that lives within every human being. It is the energy that reconnects us with our strength, courage, and creative power.
When this life force begins to awaken, something shifts.
Clarity returns.
Energy begins to flow again.
The inner voice becomes easier to hear.
This experience is a feeling of activation when you enter my work. You reconnect with the vitality that has always been inside you.
This is often the first step toward true sovereignty.
Emotional alchemy (Gene Key 55)
Once life force begins to awaken, we inevitably encounter the emotional patterns that have shaped our lives…
Gene Key 55 represents the archetype of emotional liberation.
When emotions remain unconscious, they can trap us in cycles of victimhood, fear, and self-doubt.
But when we meet those emotions with awareness, something powerful happens. They begin to transform.
Pain becomes insight.
Confusion becomes clarity.
Old stories begin to dissolve, and at the same time they show their teaching.
This process is what I call emotional inner alchemy.
Through reflection, ritual, shadow work, and conscious awareness, emotions become gateways to freedom rather than barriers to growth.
Sacred intimacy (Gene Key 59)
The third archetypal force in my work is intimacy.
Not romantic intimacy — but intimacy with life itself.
Gene Key 59 dissolves the barriers that keep us separate from ourselves and others, as well as Nature.
It invites honesty, transparency, and authenticity.
When this energy awakens, we stop performing the roles we were taught to play. We begin relating from truth.
And when we learn to be intimate with our own emotions, desires, and inner wisdom, our relationships with others naturally transform as well.
The medicine of storytelling and reflection
Another important part of my work is storytelling — storytelling as revelation.
Our experiences carry wisdom. But we often move through life too quickly to reflect on what those experiences are trying to show us.
When we pause and give language to our lived experience, something powerful happens.
Patterns become visible.
Meaning begins to emerge.
And the stories that once felt painful or confusing reveal the wisdom they contain.
This process transforms lived experience into insight. It is one of the most powerful ways we reclaim our power.
The path of feminine sovereignty
When life force, emotional alchemy, and sacred intimacy come together, they create a pathway of awakening.
A journey from:
disconnection → embodiment
suppression → expression
victimhood → freedom
isolation → authentic connection.
This is the deeper work of reclaiming sovereignty.
Not sovereignty through dominance or control.
But sovereignty through:
- emotional intelligence
- embodied presence
- intuitive knowing
- authentic truth.
