Do you have a dream to bring change? To BE the change? Do you have a vision for the future into what the world needs and how you can contribute?

I know what this looks and feels like.

And did you know?

You already have the blueprint for all of this within you.

Strength, majesty, self-assurance, presence, intimacy, transparency, freedom, artfulness, wisdom, resourcefulness, mindfulness, revelation, far-sightedness, ecstacy…

These words (frequencies) are the highest vibrations within my blueprint. I have all of these active within my life, now, every single day, in all circumstances, for all my dreams and visions.

Within my work these frequencies get activated so you can LIVE this in your life, for your vision and dreams. For the world.

I love working with the Gene Keys, it gives you a frequency map of you blueprint (your birth details are used to generate your profile), and that’s a starting point of seeing the frequencies alive within you. Combining this with Rose shamanism and the frequency of the Rose, your deep intuitive wisdom comes alive and you remember your gifts you’re here to bring us all.

The Rose and the Gene Keys together form a very deeply comprehensive pathway to our inner wisdom, read more here.

How to get to these aspects?

It requires of you to journey inwards to parts of yourself that you perhaps suppressed, never acknowledged, don’t want to see, don’t want to have, always shied away from.

It requires that you see and then begin to love your shadows, you blocks, your ‘negative traits’.

Which has never been negative at all, that’s a conditioned world-view that we have been ingrained with… Remember that!

Is it possible that in trying to repress some of the things you don’t like about yourself, you’ve also disowned potentially strong & beautiful aspects?

Shadow work is the process of exploring your shadow self, the part of you that has been disowned, repressed, rejected, and suppressed. It’s one of the most authentic paths to enlightenment.

Our golden shadows are these aspects of us to are our hidden gifts waiting for us to discover them again… Read more here.

I’ve also written an article on shadow work that you can read here.

My dance with the shadow…

My dance with the shadow

My dance with the dark

My dance with the night

My dance with the stars

I suppressed the shadows

I suppressed the dark

And yet…

I love the night

I love the stars.

My dance was stilted

My dance was incomplete

Living a half-life

Living in unease

I grappled for wholeness, for peace,

for presence, for feeling, for realness,

for ease.

I waited for outside forces, other people,

circumstances

to change.

All the while not realising

the force that will change everything

is the cracking of my heart

wide open.

So I cracked

I opened

I thought I had broke…

But the pause

in the cracking, the opening

suddenly gave me a

deep

sigh…

Here I am

with depth

a swirling darkness with

stars

sprinkled through every

wound

crack

every part of my life.

And in that moment

I knew

I am both

The deep dark

And the light

Shining through the cracks

through every piece

of me.

That is how peace

found me.

Dancing with

the night

the stars

all of me.

~ Spirit of Earth 7/6/2023

I wrote this while going through my own dark night of the soul, while I struggled with so many frustration and blocks and heartbreak.

My vision has always been to express my deepest self authentically for the world, because I know deep within my body and being that my expression is medicine. This piece of writing came from my ‘sigh’ into ALL ASPECTS of myself, yes, the shadows, the dark, that which I never wanted to ‘have’.

But my strength and my gifts were waiting in these all along…

And this is what I want to bring home to you. You can be so much more for yourself and the world if you see all of you, without the conditioning we carry of ‘negative traits’ and the distortion about what darkness and shadows truly are.

I want to end this blog post with this quote to contemplate:

It all begins in the darkness,
not within the light.

The soft womb, the mineral depths of the earth, the beauty of egg, the alchemy of cocoon & the quiet of winter.

Animals, plants, trees & people need silence, alone time & darkness
to form, shape & know their very essence.

Tasting & feeling their own becoming, before unfurling into the light
