Core stability is a sense of calm and steadiness, unapologetic of who you are and what you’re here to bring, and this is a natural result of knowing yourself deeply, yes, all of yourself, your gifts, as well as your shadow aspects. In this post I share the 3 keys to core stability and know thyself with the Gene Keys.
Releasing the victim
When we look through the lens of the Gene Keys at our shadows, we see that every single shadow aspect has its roots in victimhood.
We use the shadow of Gene Key 55 as a microcosm of all the Gene Keys. The 55th Gene Key has the shadow frequency of victimisation, and the gift and siddhi frequency of freedom and freedom.
When we release the victim state, we release the idea that we don’t have any power. When we do this, we realise we are truly free at the core.
Outing our shadows
Something very real is that when we hide something, energetically, everyone will sense it.
For instance, the partner of Gene Key 55 is Gene Key 59 with the shadow of dishonesty.
When we move through the shadow of victimhood, we become transparent, people feel our authenticity, and this brings freedom, for ourselves, and others.
Knowing our gifts
This is about knowing ourselves and our gifts in a calm and steady way, with humility.
It’s about owning the things you are amazing at, your natural gifts and essence. Know them well and to the core, so that you share that energy from your aura wherever you go.
It’s a very natural energetic state for all of us, but we have to acknowledge our total truth, truly know thyself, and that means, our shadows too.

Always remember, and I say this to everyone all the time, the shadows in all the Gene Keys aren’t in and of themselves bad or negative, they are starting points for our transformation.
They are the seeds, and within every seed lies the potential of fruit, flowers, trees. The wisdom is already there, and to get to that, we have to allow the seed to be a seed, it must grow through the dark into the light.
